When you connect a Google account (Gmail and/or Google Calendar) to Jooba, we access your Google data only to provide the features you enable — sending and reading recruiting emails on your behalf, and detecting interview bookings on your calendar.

Jooba's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use Google Workspace data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request.
• We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless we have your consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use Google Workspace user data — raw, aggregated, or derived — to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational AI/ML models, whether our own or those of any third party.
• Some Jooba features use third-party AI services (currently OpenAI and Anthropic) to help process candidate email replies. These providers act as data processors and do not train their models on data submitted through their APIs.
