The challenge
As an AI company, Invoca was hiring for its own AI future: a cluster of senior, deeply technical roles across its AI Platform and GTM orgs, from a Director of Product and a Staff AI Platform Engineer to a GTM AI Architect and a Machine Learning Engineer. The bar was high and the market was noisy. Screening for relevant signal across these roles, on top of their day jobs wasn't something inbound was going to solve.
The approach
Invoca onboarded with Jooba in April, and outreach went live within a week, running through Slack. Jooba owned top-of-funnel end to end for each hiring manager: sourcing, outreach, and surfacing interested candidates into the channel. The real work was precision. Jooba and the hiring managers worked profiles together, live, with manager feedback on what separated a genuine AI builder from a buzzword résumé feeding straight back into the search and sharpening it every cycle. That calibration loop is what moved 107 candidates all the way into Invoca's interview process across the roles, and produced offers for their top choices.
